A  Ministry Designed for 5th and 6th Graders

Club 56 "CONNECTED

Club 56 is a Sunday morning and Wednesday evening teaching ministry, “Connecting” 5th and 6th grade young people to God, their parents and the church.

5th and 6th graders are naturally inquisitive of the new world unfolding around them, a world full of options. At this age, peers, clothes, friends, etc. become important. They begin to develop a taste for certain music, begin naturally distancing themselves from the influence of their parents, and are adventurous in the best sense. They are ethical, honest, and moral, as well as being seekers -- and Club 56 is a safe and healthy arena for expanding, increasing and cementing those family morals, as well as satiating their “seeking” nature.

Club 56 is a wildly fun, spiritual and intentionally focused mentoring ministry for the child's best spiritual growth possible.

Club 56 is directed by Pastor Dick Worthington and his wife Carol; they are parents of three daughters, and grandparents of eight, one of which is now a fifth grader.  Pastor Dick is the retired Pastor of Stonecreek and has spent thirty years in ministry, ten of those years as a Youth Pastor.

Club 56 also has two college age coaches assisting Pastor Dick and Carol; they are Mitchell Holland and Kailey Roesch, two very mature, gifted mentors, with a vibrant love for God and kids.

Mid-Week 'Night Club 56': "A SPECIAL SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT CYCLE," Club 56 meets every Wednesday night (except for special breaks) at 7:00-8:30 in the "Club 56 Room" in the back of the church, you can drop and pick up your child at the back door. This time is geared for worship, small group teaching and special action events. Periodicaly we will do special projects, which will be posted.

Sunday Morning Teaching Lessons for Club 56:  On Sunday mornings, we will be "Connecting" to the word of God through Pastor Dick's 'CROSS TRAINING" material, this is an indepth- teaching program consisting of 16 key systematic teachings, assisting in the teachings are the coaches Carol Worthington, Kailey Roesch, and Mitch Holland.

If you have any questions Pastor Dick and Carol can be contacted by email pdpastordick@gmail.com; by home phone, 949-770-6005, or cell phone 949-307-3245.

Blessings,
